- The job holder performs the function of implementing business strategies with Financial Institution clients, including insurance companies, funds, securities, investment economic organizations with active invest in Vietnam, customers of Techcombank's strategic customer chain by providing comprehensive financial solutions to increase efficiency and reduce risks for customers.
- The job holder coordinates with the Trading and Structure Products department to build and improve internal processes, as well as structure new products
- The job holder directly consults business solutions for Customers, as well as managing risk limits and ensuring the completion of financial and non-financial goals for each group of Customers.

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

DEVELOP THE NETWORK OF NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS CUSTOMERS
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, and at the same time develop new partners in the strategy of the whole line. In particular, priority should be given to developing new partners, domestic and foreign institutional investors who have needs/risks related to financial market products.
- Participate in building credit limit, partner credit limit... for customers
- Participate in the negotiation of Framework Contracts, ISDA, credit contracts.... with customers
- Responsible for building a customer ACP in line with the plan of relevant customer blocks

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

CONSULT FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS
- In-depth analysis of customer's balance sheet, from which there are recommendations and solutions to reduce risks and increase efficiency for customers
- Coordinate with Trading team of Financial Market to find the most suitable plan for customers
- Consult on market risk management solutions for existing customers

**Key Accountabilities (3)**:

EFFECTIVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND RISK MANAGEMENT
- Implement customer risk monitoring and management while customers still have outstanding transaction with Techcombank
- Participate in the planning and implementation of financial plans of the Financial Institution Client segment
- Periodically reconcile and monitor profits according to current accounting standards
- Monitor and manage customer risk on a daily basis to comply with risk management regulations in the Bank

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Degree: Bachelor with major in Economics and Finance or other related fields
- More than 5 years of experience in the financial field and related fields such as capital market, investment, banking structured products, etc.
- Good knowledge about investment banking, corporate finance
- Good analysis and problem solving skills
- Good at communication, negotiation, relationship management
- Good English communication
