**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for marketing strategy, analyzing trends, customer needs and satisfaction.
- Strategic planning and expanding market.
- Forecasting and analyzing sales, problems, obstacles affecting monthly sales. Achieve monthly sales target and develop new business prospect.
- Development of new business relationship with Property Industry, Health Industry
- Identify new target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers for sales opportunity.
- Responsible for negotiating and closing the sales with customers.
- Manage customers and prospective and to generate and cultivate new prospects for B2B businesses.
- Manage, maintain and grow the business and develop new relationships with customer. Expand Client Relationship (Business Partner)
- Manage and control Pricing and Margin
- Create Annual, Monthly and Weekly Target. Manage and Control Sales KPI.
- Prepare and submit reports: Sales report (Weekly, Monthly); Weekly, Month Plan; Competitors information (Sale Amt, New Product and Sales Strategies); Sales Forecast and Pipeline Report when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree (Business Management or relevant fields)
- Proven sales experience in Commercial business (B2B)/ Project Sales/ Sales Engineer
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Fitness industry field will be needed.
- Familiar with territory and near by city
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (Speaking and Writing)
- Good computer literacy
- Able to travel up for business
- Good interpersonal skills and good team player
