**Responsibilities**:
This role will drive our partnerships in the gaming industry, spearheading marketing and business development initiatives that support our partners’ game publishing operations in Vietnam. The role entails growing the partnerships pipeline and planning growth strategy opportunities.
- Lead the acquisition of business partnerships with key local and international partners in the games and entertainment industry.
- Build and maintain high-level marketing and strategic partnerships in the Vietnamese market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate, manage, and renew partnership agreements to maximize business interests and ensure sustainable growth.
- Provide strategic support to the operational team and collaborate with the global business development team to develop comprehensive growth strategies.
- Drive the creation and execution of a robust pipeline of business partnerships, acquiring digital content and opportunities that contribute significantly to revenue.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by collaborating with product and global business development teams to develop detailed product requirement specifications.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, high-impact partnerships within the games and entertainment industry, fostering ongoing business opportunities and growth.
- Lead high-level discussions and negotiations with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and partnerships.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with 8+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with a strong focus on business development.
- Proven experience in a senior role within a publishing company (e.g., VNG, Appota, Funtap, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of success in game business development, relationship building, and strategic partnerships at a senior level.
- Extensive network and strong influence within Vietnam's games and entertainment industry.
- Deep understanding of the online gaming landscape, market trends, and competitive environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
- Experience leading collaborations with international or regional partners, with a focus on driving large-scale initiatives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading independent and team-driven initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of game publishing and the associated business models.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
