**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure the achievement of new business revenue growth targets.
- Develop strategies to increase the customer base and expand the network into new industries.
- Pursue and achieve agreed-upon growth objectives and revenue goals.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate business development strategies for the region or team in charge.
- Analyze current business opportunities and plan for new products, while identifying priority market segments and industries.
- Identify, develop, and propose new services to strengthen the company's market position and competitive capabilities.
- Collaborate with the operations management and customer solutions departments to identify new services and adjust existing services to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement overall business development policies and plans to achieve the company's goals.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and development programs for sales and marketing.
- Identify budgetary requirements and implement these requirements to achieve the company's objectives.
- Identify and research potential markets for new and existing services in the short, medium, and long term.
- Actively create and manage both short-term and long-term business sales pipelines.
- Manage and support the business development team to achieve goals.
- Train and manage employees to meet the overall objectives of the department.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 years of experience in business development within the logistics industry, in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of various fields within logistics, systems, transportation, and warehousing.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Preferably experienced in solution design.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High self-motivation and innovation abilities.
- Flexibility to take on special responsibilities.
