**Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Analysis and Development**
- Conduct in-depth market research in Vietnam, analyze competitors, and develop and execute market promotion plans and goals.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with distributors, food producers, and other relevant stakeholders in the Vietnam region.
- Participate in local exhibitions and business conferences to develop potential clients on behalf of the company.

**2. Customer Relationship Management**
- Arrange and visit potential and key local customers to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.
- Establish a complete customer relationship management system, track customer information, and conduct regular follow-ups.

**3. Sample Testing and Follow-up**
- Promote product sample testing, maintain continuous communication with customers, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Arrange video conferences between customers and the Shanghai team to discuss potential
- cooperation and sample testing matters.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and good communication skills in **English **or **Chinese**.
- **5+ years of experience** in the **food additives industry**, with rich industry knowledge and a wide network of contacts.
- Familiar with Vietnam food regulations, understanding local market characteristics and consumer habits.
- Excellent business negotiation skills, contract signing abilities, and customer relationship management skills. Proficient in using CRM systems.
- Proactive, resilient, and with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership.

Pay: 49,000,000₫ - 61,000,000₫ per month
