Collaborate in conducting performance analysis or in-depth analytics in order to improve current business performance.
Coordinate in relevant job scopes to get necessary input and provide output analysis/reports required

**1. Business Performance and Analytics**
- **Identify, analyze and interpret sales trend: Provide timely analysis on Banca performance, LG performance with in-depth analysis in performance by regions, branch, type of leads, sales force... based on defined KPIs**:

- **Support Sales Support Senior Manager in business planning, strategy development.**:

- **Structure and develop key performance indicators to drive volume and efficiency across all commercial channels.**:

- **Develop performance dashboard, graph and visualizations to provide insightful information to support decision-making process**:

- **Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive sales**

**2. Business Analytics Team evelopment**
- **Hire, train, supervise and ensure that team meets the reporting and analytical needs of the business**
