**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Hypertension and many other chronic diseases are the leading global cause of preventable early premature death. The problem is that monitoring chronic illness daily is boring, albeit a key factor in reducing long-term risk.

As Director for Mobile CRM & Engagement at Elfie, you will build and execute innovative global app-user retention & engagement strategies in the Elfie app. If our users come back to follow their treatment plan on a daily basis, they will get healthier, fact.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Deliver top 1% user engagement performance against company and industry KPIs by leveraging all communication channels and in-app content strategy.
- Build and manage a strong performance-driven team of mobile engagement specialists to deliver on the role KPIs:

- Gamification specialists: sourcing and implementing exciting rewards (gift vouchers, technology and more)
- CRM specialists: user segmentation and multi-channel communication leveraging latest technology
- Content specialists: digital assets (image, photo, 3D illustration, videos ) and content (copyrighting, global translation)
- Develop and continuously refine Elfie's engagement strategy with gamification, personalized communications, and content, integrating with app features and user acquisition efforts
- Analyze user data to enhance engagement and loyalty, creating actionable strategies for gamification and retention
- Manage the distribution of engaging, user-centric content (e.g., articles, videos, challenges) that educates, inspires, and motivates Elfie's patient community

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team motivation for high-performing cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated expertise in gamification-related Growth Marketing at a senior, strategic level
- Business level proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Ideally, a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.

We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.
