**URGENT HIRING**

**Work set up: Onsite**
This position is responsible for acting as a customer success representative managing order fulfillment process, and providing support to customers through collaboration with the sales team, project team and demand team to meet customer requirements while contributing to business success in Vietnam.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage Request for Quotations (RFQs) from sales and coordinate with product manager and project manager to provide reference quotation.
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) from customers and provide feedback on the delivery plan accordingly.
- Coordinate with the product manager and project manager to deliver quotations to Sales.
- Collaborate with the demand team to fulfill customers’ forecast plans.
- Prepare shipping documentation and invoices for the delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records and files on all major accounts, including sales data, quote records, and customer contacts.
- Collect internal information by collaborating with sales to respond to customer documentation requirements for customer audit and vendor qualification.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service position.
- Knowledgeable in ERP system, experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, a strong customer oriented, the capacity to be a good team player and the ability to work independently.
