- Verify the identities of customers by handling incoming documents according to established procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions, adhering to industry standards and internal quality criteria to enhance customer satisfaction and increase positive feedback.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner, upholding ethical principles.

- Around 1 year of experience in customer service
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Demonstrates high self-confidence, persuasion skills, and flexibility.
- Possesses a strong independent work ethic.
- Can start immediately.
- Knowledge of Forex is considered an advantage.
- Able to work in a shifting schedule.
