- At least 4 - 5 years of experience as Sales Operation and Management.
- Experience in distributor management will be a plus.
- Accounting/Financing or Sales Support/Admin experience /pricing knowledge.
- Reporting skills: on time and accurate reports with sharp analysis.
- Good communication skill (verbal and writing).
- Supporting tool provided to team.
- Compliance: Sales policies/ best practices are strictly complied.
- Teamwork and result-oriented.
- Good at English (both 4 skills).
- Good at MS Excel.

- **Job Dimensions**:
- 4 lines of business (IO/ OEM/ FLEETS/ B2C channel) operating in a very competitive market.
- Manage advertising/sale promotion, incentive and discount budget.
- Network by end Year 2022: 26 Distributors, 2 Direct Customers and over 100 Sub Distributors.
- Reviewing, updating and monitoring the execution of Sales Policy including process and procedures.
- Responsible for sales data analysis and sales reports.
- Provides clerical service to Head(s) of Sales/ COM/ VP.
- **Key Activities**:
- Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers, if required, for a quality Sales Forecast by its on-time submission, details of analysis vs performance history and target received.
- Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers for continuous improvement of Sales Forecast Accuracy. Sale Forecast is required by both PTS, PTO.
- Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers, if required, for a quality LE (Lat by its on-time submission, details of analysis vs performance history and target received.
- Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps for Secondary Sales System (SSM) in the CCC project, SALSA.
- Coordinating with Heads of Sales to ensure quality and quantity of data uploaded daily in SSM, SALSA (if required).
- Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers, if required, to follow up on month to-date, year-to-date performance of volume, GMVC, UGMVC, prompt alert to Head(s) of Sales, VP, for WHAT IS GOOD/NOT GOOD.
- Coordinate with distributors, TEMV’s Sales Reps and/or assigned PSD, B2B customers to monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, release action plan to improve forecast quality, margin report in respective level of general SKUs and focused SKUs.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly Sales reports included sales target achievement, sales growth, sales forecast accuracy by distributors.
- Follow, payment, tracking and accrual related details discount expenses: DPs incentives, sales incentives, PSD/DSR, promotion,
- Analyze and Propose solutions for most cost efficiency.
- Assist Head of Sales to collect sales reports from sales team and consolidate those and provide data analysis. These reports are following schedules as defined by HoS/ COM and VP.
- By cycle, reviewing, updating and monitoring the execution of Sales Policy including process and procedures ensuring One Sales Policy among different Sales Team and provide clear justification in case of exception from one to another.
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the direct supervisor and/or the board of management.
**Contexte et environnement**
- Vietnam’s lubricant market in is highly competitive with a participation of both international as well as local players with more than 20 brands.
- Lubricants products are mostly managed through designated distribution network.
- ~100% Route to Market of TEMV is via Distributors before reaching to end Customers. There might be PSD in the layer between distributors and end Customers.
- TEMV strategy is SELL-OUT FOCUS, VALUE OVER VOLUME, GROW PREMIUM and DEVELOP NEW BUSINEESS FROM NON-LUBRICANTS PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.
