Commercial Business Solution Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**
**I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
The role holder will support other stakeholders to keep the system working well and enhance the business system, including the following aspects:
- Lead project meetings and facilitate workshops as required, producing & presenting written and oral reports/management information to Senior Management and other groups as appropriate.
- Identify, document, analyze and, if required, challenge the requirements, ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aims
- Liaise with specialist areas to ensure that they complete specification requirements for their area of accountability.
- Identify and secure resources and expertise as required to deliver the project (including management of third-party suppliers)
- Closely monitor project progress, performance, and quality, including evaluation and benefits realization.
- Identify user /customer training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided.
- Manage team to deliver business results
Projects within the scope of this role’s responsibilities are likely to include:
GTM Routing - Work with GTM Head and Business Solution Manager to define the routing plan and principles. Manage Route Engineer and communicate with Sales team to do routing as plan.
DMS - Manage DMO to handle DMS system daily. And work with vendor and local IT to enhance and implement as commercial / sales’ requirements.
Business Analysis - cooperate with stakeholders (Top Management, CCD, OT/TT teams, Finance, Accounting team) to get requirements and propose the solutions for business.
Business Intelligence - handling Power BI-EDW reporting system: get requirements, establishment, adjustment, and reporting maintenance. Make sure all KPIs and data is synced on time and proper.
Workflow automation - Standardize and simplify approval processes by using Microsoft solution environment. Help related stakeholders to saving the working time and costs.
Other tasks - need to do some other assigned objectives or cross-functional projects as the Line Manager’s requests.

**II. JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS**:
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or MIS field (MBA is an advanced)
- At least 5 years of experiences in solutions, business analysis area.
- Methodical approach to work, attentive to detail, able to plan, prioritize workload, meet deadlines and work without close supervision
- Strong IT Project management
- Collaborative cross function/department working.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems and generate and find innovative solutions to these.
- Ability to write accurate, concise, and relevant reports to senior management.
- High level influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, communicate with, influence, and negotiate with senior management and stakeholders in a complex organization
- Able to work independently and result oriented with can do attitude.
