**Games Entertainment Legal (LGGE)** department oversees all VNGGames legal activities. We ensure compliance with laws and regulations, handle contract negotiations, and provide legal advice and support to game studios. LGGE will anticipate mitigating legal risks, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing VNGGames in legal proceedings when necessary.
We are looking for a
**Senior Legal Specialist** to prepare various contracts and related legal documents, research legal regulations and provide legal advice and other legal support relating to daily operations as per business requests. You will be also responsible for supporting the Legal Manager in carrying out all legal transactions.
- Draft and review commercial contracts/ proposals/ engagement letters, copyright/ trademark/ license contracts and other contracts, memorandum and legal documents relating to daily business activities of VNGGames.
- Select and analyze international and national legal materials/ regulations for preparation of reports or legal advice as per requested from business units, in alignment with general instructions given by Head of Department.
- Advise, prepare and follow up on filings, maintain, and protect the intellectual property and other legal commercial rights.
- Prepare background materials, reports, papers, and other documents as requested by the competent authorities.
- Set up internal procedures for review, draft of contracts and other legal documents, update new regulations that may affect to the business.
- Cooperate with outsource law firms and monitor their deliveries.
- Work with local authorities for matters relating to VNGGames’ business operations when necessary and update status with Legal Manager and Head of Department.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Substantial experience (at least 10 years) working as an in-house Legal Counsel or Associate in a law-firm with international working environment (tech/savvy preferred).
- Lawyer License is preferred.

- Strong legal knowledge in across various practice areas.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting in-depth legal research, analysis, legal processes and case management.
- Proficient in documentation requirements and using online databases and other resources for researching.

**2. Soft-skills/ Leadership Competencies**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Vietnamese and Chinese (preferred if any).
- Proficiency in using legal software, document management systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Advanced communication skill with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail with full ownership of initiatives and tasks.
- Critical thinking, exercise clear and appropriate judgement in a range of situation.
