- Assist in resolving disputes with customers and partners related to operations.
- Offer legal opinions to regulators on new regulations impacting the game business, working independently or with relevant stakeholders.
- 2. Legal Support for HR, AF, PUR, FA, and CBC
- Draft and regularly update templates for contracts, policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Review and provide legal feedback on documents submitted by these departments.
- Advise on legal issues arising from departmental operations.
- Manage and resolve disputes between the company and employees/vendors/suppliers at the internal level.
- Handle ad-hoc legal requests as needed.

3. Team Management
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering skill development and growth.
- Delegate tasks effectively and oversee deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Legal Practice; a lawyer practice certificate is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex legal issues with practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and committed to confidentiality.
