**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Tư vấn, hỗ trợ, trả lời, hướng dẫn và cung cấp đánh giá pháp lý liên quan đến hoạt động tổ chức và hoạt động của VPB FC.

A_dvise, assist, answer, guide and provide legal assessment relating to organization and operational activities of VPB FC._
- Đánh giá, cung cấp ý kiến pháp lý cho các tài liệu pháp lý, sản phẩm kinh doanh và các hình thức liên quan được quản lý bởi các Phòng / Trung tâm / Khối khác.
- Evaluate, provide legal opinions for legal documents, business products and related forms managed by other Divisions/Centers/ Departments._
- Xây dựng hoặc phối hợp với các đơn vị khác để soạn thảo các đề xuất cho cơ quan nhà nước trong trường hợp bãi bỏ, sửa đổi hoặc bổ sung tất cả các chính sách, chế độ liên quan đến hoạt động của VPB FC khi cần thiết.
- Formulate or coordinate with other units to draft proposals to state authorities in case of such dismissing, amending or supplementing all policies, regimes related to VPB FC activities when necessary_.
- Tư vấn các vấn đề về thủ tục pháp lý trong trường hợp VPB FC bị đơn và tham gia tố tụng nếu được yêu cầu.
- Consult on legal procedure matters in case VPB FC is defendant and join litigation if required_
- Thực hiện công tác cập nhật văn bản pháp luật liên quan đến hoạt động của VPB FC đến Cấp có thẩm quyền và các Đơn vị tại VPB FC
- Perform legal update related to VPB FC operations to the Competent Authorities and relevant Business units in VPB FC_
- Tư vấn các vấn đề về thủ tục pháp lý trong trường hợp VPB FC bị đơn và tham gia tố tụng nếu được yêu cầu.
- Consult on legal procedure matters in case VPB FC is defendant and join litigation if required_
- Chuẩn bị nội dung đào tạo và tiến hành khóa đào tạo cho các Đơn vị thuộc VPB FC
- Prepare training content and conduct training courses for Business units in VPB FC_
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng Nhóm Tư Vấn Pháp Lý đào tạo nhân viên mới

Support_ Legal Consulting Team Leader_ in training junior employees
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Trưởng Nhóm Tư Vấn Pháp Lý
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Legal Consulting Team Leader_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc cao hơn chuyên ngành Luật
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Laws_
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tư vấn pháp lý
- At least 03 years’ experiences in legal consulting field_
- Ưu tiên có kiến thức thức sâu rộng trong trong lĩnh vực tài chính tín dụng
- Deep understanding of credit institution /financial process is preferable_
- Kiến thức về pháp chế hoặc pháp luật Kỹ năng phân tích
- Knowledge of compliance or law Analytical & skeptical skills_
- Kỹ năng đàm phán
- Negotiation skills_
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office_
- Kỹ năng tốt cả Tiếng Anh và Tiếng Việt
- Good at both Vietnamese and English_
