- Consult, review, draft contracts, agreements between Company and partners, suppliers, organizations and individuals, ect...
- Draft official letter, minutes with Company’s customers, suppliers, partnert as the requests of Company’s departments
- Perform legal procedures relating to change enterprise’s registration
- Support Legal Specialist to provide legal advisory services to Company’s departments/ teams as Legal Manager’s assigment:

- Give consultancy in licence field: environment licence, fire protect licence, license in pharmaceutical field, IP license.
- Consult to resolve disputes between Company and employees/ customers/suppliers/ partners
- Consult about other legal issues arised during Company’s activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Legal Manager- Tư vấn, xem xét, soạn thảo các hợp đồng, thỏa thuận của Công ty với đối tác, nhà cung cấp, tổ chức, cá nhân, v.v.
- Soạn thảo công văn, biên bản với khách hàng, nhà cung cấp, đối tác theo đề nghị của các phòng ban, bộ phận trong Công ty
- Thực hiện thủ tục liên quan đến thay đổi đăng ký doanh nghiệp
- Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên pháp lý cung cấp các dịch vụ tư vấn pháp lý nội bộ cho các phòng ban, bộ phận trong Công ty theo sự phân công của Trưởng phòng:

- Tư vấn xin giấy phép môi trường, phòng cháy chữa cháy, giấy phép lao động, giấy phép trong lĩnh vực dược phẩm, giấy phép liên quan đến sở hữu trí tuệ.
- Tư vấn giải quyết tranh chấp giữa Công ty với người lao động/khách hàng/ nhà cung cấp/ đối tác....
- Tư vấn các vấn đề pháp lý khác phát sinh trong hoạt động của Công ty.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng phòng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law faculty
- 2 years experience in related field
- Experience in manufacture company is an advantage
- Skill on to research and raise conclusions from legal regulations
- Good logical thinking, legal thinking
- Ability to consult and draft commercial agreements
- Basic knowledge of litigation processes, argument settlement procedures
- Good at communication & negotiation skill
- English Excellent in writing. Good in speaking
- MS Office: Strong Microsoft Word, basis Excel
- Be careful, honest
- Able to work under pressure, pro-active, positive in work- Cử nhân Luật
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành luật
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong Công ty sản xuất là một lợi thế.
- Có kỹ năng tra cứu, tổng hợp quy định pháp luật.
- Có tư duy logic, tư duy pháp lý tốt
- Có kỹ năng tư vấn, soạn thảo hợp đồng thương mại
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về quá trình tố tụng, quy trình giải quyết tranh chấp
- Khả năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt
- Tiếng Anh: Kỹ năng viết tốt, kỹ năng giao tiếp Khá
- MS Office: Thành thạo Microsoft Word, kỹ năng excel cơ bản
- Cẩn trọng, trung thực
- Chịu được áp lực, chủ động, tích cực trong công việc
