**Job Description**:

- Achieve the agreed upon sales turnover objective
- Develop new business opportunities and push more sales within existing accounts.
- Initiate meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the solution team to devise tailored solutions.
- Provide quotes based on customer demands.
- Conduct solution presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Foster relationships with potential customers.
- Evaluate market prices and competitors.
- Track progress of the development plan.
- Lead customer RFQ/RFP processes.
- Coordinate marketing event arrangements.
- Compile visit reports on a visit-by-visit basis.
- Establish or refresh customer profiles.
- Deliver market information updates.
- Submit weekly activity reports.

Job Requirement:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of business or marketing.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in Business Development (BD) or Sales, with a proven track record.
- Demonstrate proficient English skills in both oral and written communication.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience in selling contract logistics and freight forwarding is a huge plus.
- Display a background in global third-party logistics (3PL).

**Experience**:

- Showcase extensive experience in sales within the Vietnamese market.
- Evidence a history of successfully securing new business through direct channels, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Preferably, possess a network of client resources and market connections, ideally spanning across FMCG, Retail, Cosmetics, and Industrial sectors.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with global corporations.
