Reporting to the General Manager (Expat). MICE Manager will be responsible for proactively
- Plan, execute & follow-up on sales leads
- Work closely with other BD associates & calling in on important customers & establishing multiple levels of contacts within the MICE industry.
- Participate in the meetings by sharing the latest market trends & new business development opportunities & activities in the MICE industry.
- Attend tradeshows travel functions, major business functions, or as required/directed by the GM.
- Responsible for an assigned sales target - Work closely with the BD team to identify opportunities & Company revenue goals in the MICE in department

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a proactive Sales Role in an established organization in the MICE department
- Proven track records of achieving revenue under MICE sales
- Previous experience in managing complex corporate events
- Excellent abilities in planning, working with budgets, task organization, time & team management & working with people
- A good understanding of the logistic side of MICE planning & production
- Excellent communication abilities, strong negotiation skills, persuasion & perseverance
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills
- A Strong market connection and inspiration
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Willing to travel and work overtime
- Excellent team player who is able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
