Distributor Sales Manager

Mission/Position Headline:
Governance for regional partner business
- Establish overall partner strategy aligned with HQ DI S PTM
- Implementation and Execution of partner reference process
- Monitor partners behavior and business performance
Areas of Responsibility:
Corporate, Lead and Assigned countries
- Strategy for partner business (Distribution, APP, SOP)
- Leads National Distribution Manager (NDM) and Solution Partner Manager if applicable
- Manages partner business performance
- Implements and manages partner network and partner programs
- Implements and executes partner reference process
- Defines and sets business targets for Partner Business in agreement with sales channels and LBUs.
- Sets up/coordinate adequate measures to exploit the potential in the market, communicate and implement
- Partner Development Plan (PDP) with Partners
- Manages partners' behavior in the market to avoid channel conflicts, keep market transparency and mitigate between conflicting BU interests
- Organizes participants and report actual status during regular
- QBR with DI S PTM (HQ)
- Applies DI pricing strategy for Partners in alignment with LBUs
- Ensures that Partner Business is integral part of DI Country Concepts
