**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:

- Actionable sales metrics
- Collect, analyse, evaluate, and report sales results and workflow to identify steps to increase sales productivity & results. Drive process enhancement
- Identify the outcomes that drive long -term sales success and able to measure activities and sales initiatives that contribute to these outcomes. Performance dashboards and KPIs directly support and align with strategic business and functional objectives. Consistently derive and report actionable insight from our metrics that compels us to act.
- Compensation plan execution & sales incentive control, management
- Analysis and evaluate trends and performance measured, incentive against sales and distributor KPIs for all channels
- Collect, analyse, evaluate, trends and performance measured against sales KPIs results
- Sales T&E / SG&A / Rebate budget control and management

Prepare detailed plan and track of Sales T&E / SG&A / Rebate Budget under her responsibility, communicated to related parties and execute it properly:

- Contact with sales and distributor team to execute efficiency
- Ahead planning for covering all expenses needed from sales team with optimization cost
- Lead review of the finance elements in KCV/Distributor joint scorecards and recommend improvement areas
- Promotion control claim
- Contact with Trade Team to align all process: Proposal, request claim
- Alignment with Sales Team to allocate budget promotion by distributor
- Key all promotion on DMS on time (before the promotion program start)
- Control claim promotion by distributor as scheme which is released by Trade Team
- Distributor process
- Process opening & liquidation distributor
- Audit distributor plan

**Essential Requirements**:

- A minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in administrator or system related areas, and at least 3 years’ exposure to distributor management or similar system
- Ability to perform complex analysis such as trend analysis, what

- Ability to provide recommendations and suggestions and provide thorough, sufficient data to support suggestions.
- Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources
- Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience and obtain consensus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and DMS system
