- Champion the brand internally and externally making sure all elements of the company and key stakeholders understand the brand and its goals
- Build, strengthen, and amplify brand awareness with all audiences internally/externally
- Act as brand communications liaison with cross-functional corporate partners to ensure commercial goals of the brand are achieved with consistency and quality forming a united whole
- Work with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with brand standards across all media, as communications are disseminated to a variety of audiences
- Identify and prioritize brand growth opportunities and investment strategy; conduct archetype studies and partner to consider behavioral, attitudinal, and human factors usage of products to determine the most strategic personality traits for the brand portfolio
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy where appropriate and develop clear marketing communications brand strategies that support team goals
- Proactively share knowledge or opportunities to forecast brand growth whether trend-related, circumstantial, or empirical audience-driven opportunities
- Manage relationships with agency partners to establish brand guidelines, metrics, and standards to monitor performance goals and ensure that all brand initiatives consistently reflect ALP’s promise
- Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach consistently
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business management, graphic arts/creative expression, or a similar field is required
- Minimum 1.5-2 years in BM position.
- English: professional working proficiency
- Project Management - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Previous experience and results-driven track record as a Brand Manager/Advisor in-house, agency, or consulting
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations and brand sentiment to markets and/or regions: (Int’l) Brand experience and Experience at B2B and/or B2C and/or B2B2C
- Highly creative with the ability to influence brand strategy concepts and shared thinking
- Knowledge and experience working across the full marketing mix to propose strategic omnichannel brand and creative campaigns
- Effective presenter with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with people management and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about inspiring business partners to push the limits creatively to best engage our customers
- Excited to uncover insights, build strategies, and ideate collaboratively to push ALP brand to reach its full future potential
- Experience in identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage, inform and convert prospects
- Experience with team budget management with a focus on return on investment
- Dedicated, with integrity, likes to have fun at work, and enjoys working in a matrixed environment
- Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of creative specialists
