**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, the Brand Manager will devise, recommend, implement and execute strategic brand marketing plan(s), which will ensure the achievement of brand(s) KPIs

**The main responsibilities include**:

- Further developing, in conjunction with the SPM, the brands’ strategic positioning with particular emphasis on the brand strategy, brand communication & activation, and channel execution strategies
- Contributing to the integrated commercial planning (ICP) process by providing strategic input into long term plans, using all tools necessary to understand consumer & customer motivations and ensuring brand equity scores and market share development
- Developing, managing and executing the brand plan(s) for the relevant brand(s) in line with business priorities, whilst ensuring contribution to the brand and communication strategy, determining required resources for implementation to deliver against the key business and brand KPIs
- Supporting and working closely with Winning Geography team (brand), Trade/Channel and Sales teams, ensuring robust TTL plans are developed in order to deliver best-in-class execution & delivery of key performance indicators
- Leading the brand performance tracking, utilizing key consumer & commercial metrics whilst working closely with the channel teams to course-correct where needed
- Building strong working relationships with the cross functional teams locally & the global teams to develop & launch new opportunities that will strengthen and grow our portfolio
- Leading the gate process for innovation & renovation brand(s) & SKUs and supporting on supply and or commercially led initiatives
- Putting the Consumer & Customer at the heart of our strategy and adopting an agile approach by regularly engaging & seeking feedback through consumer research groups & time interfacing with Customers, to optimize plans
- Developing strong collaborative working relationships with the channel teams in both the On & Off Trade to ensure we are delivering on our agreed KPIs and ruthlessly championing prioritization in doing so
- Demonstrating a strong cost & value mindset at all times underpinned by the delivery of the brand working & non-working ratios & ongoing budget management
- Demonstrating strong collaboration with external agencies & Global team delivering on agreed campaigns, co-created projects & stealing with pride from the global network where appropriate
- Any other duties assigned from time to time

**Key Qualifications**
- Have a university degree (preferably in business/marketing) with at least 6 years of experience in a marketing discipline. Preferred Brand Manager experience in the relevant field in beverage industry or FMCG
- Have strong experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing execution in both the on-trade and off-trade channels.
- Communication development experience - premium quality brands.
- Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
- Champion Consumer-Obsession and Customer-Centricity
- Be highly analytical with effective planning, organizational, presentation and strategic skills to perform in a demanding environment.
- Digital campaign planning and execution is desirable
- Be self-motivated, creative and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An effective communicator with capability to establish a strong collaborative way of working across the business to generate winning solutions.
