Senior Brand Communication Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Brand communication management**:
- Planning different brand campaign end to end, able to execute 360 campaign flawlessly with the stakeholders and cross functions.
- Be brand guardians and ensure consistency. Driving social media for the brand as one of the key channels to connect with our targets and deliver business performance as identified.
- Experience in managing the team including graphic designer.
- Research market intelligence
- Gathering information & needs
- Analyze brand’s need & market trend
- Plan for the communication approach for new product launch, brand campaign, sales communication campaign
- Ideas for tactics and measurement methods
- Improve brand presence

PR management**:
- Explore all possible opportunities to get free “earned” media and increase our brand impression on news channel
- Proactive search for inspiring stories to pitch to news reporter
- Supervise social conversation & identity threats and opportunities to maximize brand presence
- Build up good relationship with medias
- Prepare speech and media announcement
- Liasile with regional team to launch PR material
- Manage NJV VN social channels to maximize public love
- Liaise with team to build up employer & brand image
- Build trust for customers to choose NJV
- Protect & maintain positive image of NJV
- Spotting out & leverage chance to NJV to have spotlight
- Establish NJV media network

- Gathering all information and making professional report on brand awareness, social listening, media monitoring and other report related to brand com
- Campaign communication activities reports

Budget management**:
- Yearly, monthly budget for campaign management and optimization

Team culture management**:
- Build up collaboration & learning culture to help team get better knowledge and learning
**Requirements**:
- At least 8 years of brand marketing and PR experience
- Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challenge
- Interest in e-commerce, high growth startup
- Experience with brand health tracker tools
- Possess a good writing skill, especially press release and media articles
- Able to manage PR crisis
- Have B2B experience is preferred
- Excellent communicator (both written & verbal) and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Critical thinking, good presentation skills
- Able to draw sound findings out of an intensive data information
- A university education in Marketing, branding, communications, advertising, or similar
- Marketing or PR Award winning isconsidered as a better advantage
- Can-do attitude, not scared of getting your hands dirty
- Ability to work independently as well as leading the team to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Strong sense of ownership
- Accurate and reliable, has strong analytical base, a solid commercial acumen and product insights understanding
- Good at data analysis or data visualization is a plus (Functional)
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC >750) and Vietnamese, both speaking and written
