- Địa điểm làm việc: _quận 7, HCM
**Yêu cầu**:
- Kinh nghiệm lead team trên 3 tháng (không yêu cầu lead bao nhiêu người), ưu tiên mảng giáo dục
- Có kĩ năng quản lý và lãnh đạo đội nhóm
- Tư duy cởi mở và sẵn sàng học hỏi
- Có tiếng anh là một điểm cộng
- Có kỹ năng xây dựng mối quan hệ và kết nối với khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Yêu thích giao tiếp, trò chuyện, mang lại giá trị cho bố mẹ/con cái thay vì chỉ tập trung vào việc bán hàng.
- Mong muốn bán những sản phẩm giáo dục tử tế, có giá trị đến hàng ngàn phụ huynh và trẻ em trên toàn quốc.
**Mô tả công việc**:
- Tư vấn cho khách hàng các sản phẩm : trại hè, ứng dụng tự học, bộ sách giáo dục
- Lắng nghe khách hàng về những trăn trở của họ với con cái, trò chuyện với phụ huynh, giúp họ tìm ra giải pháp cho những vấn đề với con cái.
- Lập kế hoạch phát triển kinh doanh, đẩy số hàng quý, hàng tháng, theo nhu cầu thực tế và các chiến dịch.
- Quản lý và giám sát chuyên nghiệp đội ngũ nhân viên bán hàng từ 5-10 người.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu suất của nhóm.
- Xử lý dữ liệu khách hàng được chuyển từ bộ phận Marketing, phản hồi và trao đổi nhanh chóng với khách hàng.
- Báo cáo các chỉ số, hiệu quả công việc theo yêu cầu, kế hoạch công việc, dự án, chiến dịch hàng tháng - hàng quý.
**Chế độ**:
- 10-15M/tháng + thưởng commision + thưởng bonus
- Com sẽ bao gồm: Com sales + Com team
- Com dựa vào doanh số đạt được và tỉ lệ chuyển đổi nên com thưởng sẽ rơi vào 3,5 - 4,5% doanh số cá nhân và 0,8 - 1,5% doanh số toàn team
- Thưởng bonus sẽ dựa trên performance của cá nhân trong tháng hoặc trong quý
