**SUMMARY**

As a Sales Lead, you will take a strategic role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this position focuses on building client relationships, securing high-value deals, and growing market share. This is an individual contributor role, without direct staff management responsibilities.

- ** Product Demonstration**:Present IT solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their value and alignment with customer needs.
- ** Deal Negotiation**: Lead negotiations on complex deals and ensure successful client onboarding.
- ** Client Relationship Management**:Establish long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- ** Market Insight**:Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to support the development of new solutions.
- ** Networking**: Represent our client at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
- ** Sales Reporting**: Use CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions, ensuring transparency and accountability.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- ** Language**:Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
- ** Experience**:At least 7-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the IT and digital solutions sectors.
- ** Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

**DETAILS**
- ** Reporting Line**: Reports to the Business Development Manager (Vietnamese).
- ** Team Management**: Individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities.
- ** Compensation**: Base salary of 45 million VND gross per month, plus a sales commission scheme.
- ** Benefits**:Healthcare package and guaranteed 13th-month salary.
- ** Engagement Type**: Full-time, On-site, determined contract.
- ** Working Location**:Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City.

**Working Time**:Monday to Friday, standard business hours with flexibility to meet client needs.
