Affinity Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Find and develop business opportunity with potential business partners for Affinity business
- Gather business/product/technology solution requirements from business partners
- Assist business partners in defining the requirement and suggest insurance solutions including a way to maximize their customers’ benefit in collaboration/negotiation with Insurtech
- Prepare insurance product proposal based on information provided by partners and relevant parties
- Make presentation of insurance proposal/solution to partners
- Prepare marketing plan/business plan in collaboration with business partners.
- Prepare and monitor marketing strategy/campaign to promote UIC’s products in the Partner platforms or distribution channels.
- Monitor, control and report business result/operation after launching on requested periodical basis.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, Sale, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
- 5 years proven work experience in Sales & Marketing - with relevant number of years in the role
- Good understanding of business planning, project development, management, insurance, market.
- Ability to analyze data, draw logical conclusions, write report.
- Strong negotiation, coordination and presentation skill.
- Analytical and problem solving mindset.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Good PC knowledge, particularly power point, making presentation slides.
- Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.
