**I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

**_ Employee Relation: _**
- Receive and keep documents of employees and the company in a safe place, regularly updated, arranged and preserved in a scientific and safe way.
- Create/Extend a contract: draft an apprentice contract / probationary contract / labor contract, commit to comply with intellectual property and confidentiality regulations.
- Register and update bank account number for employees
- Monitoring and handing over medical examination records to the quality management department.
- Receive records and send contracts to employees of stores in provinces outside of Ho Chi Minh City
- Enter and update store staff information data on the HR system
- Make internal management changes and update the HR system

**_Payroll: _**
- In charge of and calculate the monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave ) for employees based on the timesheet and records.
- Send monthly pay slip to employees.
- Follow up and answer issues related to employee‘s salary status (Problems due to lack of records / bank accounts / severance procedures)

**_Others_**
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

**II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in C&B Executive or the same position.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
- Good communications skills
- Having knowledge of Vietnam Labor code, PIT regulations and statutory insurance laws.
- Excellent numerical skills and logical thinking.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, empathy and cooperation.
- Have conflict management skills, management thinking and accountability.
- Strong responsibility, confidentiality, integrity, long-term memory.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, high intensity of pressure.
