**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be in charge of the monthly payroll for employees.
- Manage employees’ timesheets/attendance and reconcile with payroll.
- Keep the employee database and annual leave up to date.
- Manage offer letter, labor contract, renewal of labor contracts, appendixes.
- Make periodically/ monthly reports to Social Insurance department (increase, decrease, claim of sickness/maternity) and to Tax department (PIT code & dependents registration, PIT finalization).
- Handle the onboarding and off boarding process for employees.
- Support company teambuilding, events.
- Keep updates on Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations to provide the company with advice and ensure compliance.
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields. University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, HR Management are preferred.
- Must possess a good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in English communication, and strong logical thinking are essential.
- Experience in working with expatriates is an advantage.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in the same position and good understanding of C&B system with foreign business organizations.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- High level of responsibility, ability to meet deadlines, and capacity to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrated positive teamwork attitude and mind-set.
