1. Payroll & PIT
- Full in charge of payroll, timesheet, SHUI, PIT, Union process from calculation to final approval and transferring by both software and excel (total ~250 - 300 headcounts)
- Manage PITof salary/wage monthly, quarterly and annually
- Manage the updating employee benefit schemes according to the Labor Law and Company policies
- Set up rules, provide guidelines and assist C&B Executive and Sr. Executive in performing their daily work
- Explain any concerns from employees about salary and

2. Private & Compulsory Insurance
- Supervisor registering monthly insurance report with insurance department
- Manage the package of private health insurance
- Make proposal and monitor the annual health-check up plan for the company

3. Labor Contract, Report & Other C&B activities:

- Data analysis regarding to turn-over rates, labor cost, Manpower plan and budget
- Mange the monthly/quarterly/year report about increasing and decreasing labor with local authorities
- Update labor contract template following Labor Law and Company policy, supervise extending Labor contract for employee
- Assesses the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives; identifies best practices and benchmarks; and develops recommendations for modifications to align to HR strategy and business goals.
- Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 5-7 years of experience in C&B Assistant Manager and familiar with HR software is a must (Cadena; Base)
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resource management, Law or equivalent
- Solid knowledge in Labor Law and general HR knowledge
- Excellent in Excel and Fluent in English
- Well communication skills in writing, listening and speaking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Critical thinking, legal mindset, quick adapt
- Detail-oriented, honest, well-organazised, team-work spirit
- Effective communication, People skill
