**Mô tả công việc**:

Responsible for C & B, employees services process and HRIS in an efficient & effective manner. Also, support HR Department to achieve Company business goals.
- Contract:
- Follow-up Labour Contract of employees and extend it.
- Make Annex for any risen cases related to Labour Contract.
- Make Freelance Contract for freelancers
- Working time & Leave Control:
- Print Leave Sheet for new employees who passes Probation Time.
- Collect all Leave Sheet when it is expired and summarize the un-used leave for all employees.
- Print & deliver Leave Sheet for all employees before the expiry date of Leave Sheet.
- Download FP and system every month for Working Time Report.
- Payroll:
- Process monthly payroll data (working time, overtimes ) for employees and freelancers to ensure they are timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procedures.
- Support foreigners in creating Bank Account to receive their salary
- Work with the Bank for monthly salary payment.
- Send payslips for all employees before the 5th of next month.
- Update bonus amount on system (if any).
- Social Insurance:
- Make all reports related to SI-HI-UI for Vietnamese and foreigners such as:
- Increasing Report - new-hire cases
- Increasing Report - adjust-salary cases
- Decreasing Report - resignation cases
- Decreasing Report - unpaid-leave cases
- Extend MI Card Report
- Receive and deliver all MI Cards for employees.
- Download & compare SI Payment between SI Data & Company data
- Prepare monthly SI Payment before the 25th of the month
- Labour Department:
- Make labour status report to Career Centre every month
- Tax Department:
- Make Report to register Tax Code for new hires & foreigners
- Receive, collect supported documents and make Report on Dependent Registration for employees
- Make quarterly PIT Report.
- Make PIT Liquidation for employees & foreigners
- HRIS:
- Be responsible for HR Information system
- Export variety of reports assigned by line managers
- Design HR Raw Data Template and make sure all data up to date
- Others:
- Handle annual health check program
- Support HR events: parties, gifting,.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.

- Excel in advance (Pivot Table, Clean data, Dashboard)
- Understanding job analyzing and job evaluation as well as salary benchmarking techniques
