KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all tasks related to Payroll, Social Insurance, Premium Health Insurance, Personal Income Tax and Trade Union
JOB SUMMARY
1. Social Insurance & Labour Registration:
- In-charged all tasks related to labour registration, social insurance (social insurance), health insurance (health insurance), insurance unemployment insurance (UI).
- Keep updated on changes in tax, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance law and regulations.
2. Personal Accident Insurance & Premium Health Insurance: In-charged all tasks related to accident insurance (UI), premium health insurance.
3. Personal Income Tax:
- In-charged all tasks related to personal income tax & PIT declaration/PIT finalization.
- Support in PIT tax audit (if any) and work with the Company's tax consultant to deal with the PIT matters related to the expatriates.
4. Payroll Calculation in HR software
- Be in charge of and calculate the monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave ) for employees based on the timesheet, overtime records and all payroll information in month.
- Coordinate with Accounting Department regarding the payroll process to ensure timely and accurately remittance to employees.
- Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for resigning employees.
- Respond to the employees' queries on payroll, personal income tax matters, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Quarterly reconciliation Payroll, SHUI and Personal Income Tax.
5. HR Operations on system and documentation:
- Being a competent user of all internal systems, to include our employee records system (local HR systems.
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data
- Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases, systems
- Processing with the onboarding and off-boarding process to ensure the compliance with the guideline and procedures, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly.
- Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process always supports a positive employee experience.
- Supporting HR C&B and Operations priority projects with any administrative activity.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions
6. Other HR related tasks as per assigned by C&B Manager and HRD

**REQUIREMENTS**:
+ Experience: 3-5 years working experience in Payroll, SHUI, PIT, Trade Union & HR Administration.
+ Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance law and related regulations.
- Skilled in using HR information systems.
- Experiences in accomplishing user of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excellent Excel.
- Good time management
- Problem Solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
