We are currently seeking an **Inside Sales Executive **for **Bangalore **location.

**Position Purpose**:
The Inside Sales associate will be responsible for selling the company’s products to our current and potential customers.

**Your area of responsibility**:

- Initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads in opportunities
- Management and creation of qualified opportunities and tracking of opportunities with the aim of order acquisition and identifying potential and current accounts.
- Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution.
- Manage accounts by closely following through by means of commercial arguments and obtaining successful closure of the order.
- Maintenance of existing customers and new customer creation in the CRM system Salesforce
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly defined revenue targets.
- Develops technical knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standard work.
- Close interface between marketing and sales in the planning and implementation of international campaigns such as e.B. trade-in actions

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in inside sales with revenue responsibility
- Experience and Proficiency with CRM
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required
- Highly motivated, success driven and passion for sales
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task; highly organized
- Ability to work in a team environment, remaining attentive to ideas, recognize responsibilities, and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with customers, employees, and all levels of management.
- Ability to perform under stress when confronted with emergent, critical, unusual situations
