**1. Reporting to**: Country Senior Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager
Functional guidance to Sales, Services and Operations Department
**2. Function description / Task**:

- Responsible for handling sales enquires and prepare sales quotation in ERPLN.
- Monitors sales quotation status and forecast.
- Responsible for handling sales order processing
- Able to provide project tendering and documentation support
- Able to provide technical support to customers
- Able to provide support to external sales team
- Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related or product selection,
- Responsible for order execution for quotations, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery
or order and resolution of return requests and quality issues
- Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, special constructions
/Materials, etc.
- Participates in technical and commercial clarification meetings when required
- Ensures proper documentation of all sales quotations in line with the ISO standards and processes.
- Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by management and or sales manager from time to
time
**3. Competences**:

- Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience in process instrumentation (indoor / outdoor) or
similar Industry.
- Independent and Team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization skill
- Familiar with CRM and ERPLN
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
**4. Qualifications**:

- A recognize Tertiary or Degree in Mechanical, Electronic/Electrical, Chemical or any Engineering field.
- Experience working in MNC’s under Matrix environment on Product management, Project Sales Teams,
Global Industry Teams and Technology & Applications within process industry
