Reporting to:

Country Senior Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager
Functional guidance to Sales, Services and Operations Department

Function description / Task:


  • Responsible for handling sales enquires and prepare sales quotation in ERPLN.
  • Monitors sales quotation status and forecast.
  • Responsible for handling sales order processing
  • Able to provide project tendering and documentation support
  • Able to provide technical support to customers
  • Able to provide support to external sales team
  • Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related or product selection,
  • Responsible for order execution for quotations, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery
or order and resolution of return requests and quality issues

  • Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding leadtime, special constructions
/Materials, etc.

  • Participates in technical and commercial clarification meetings when required
  • Ensures proper documentation of all sales quotations in line with the ISO standards and processes.
  • Participate in any adhoc projects as assigned by management and or sales manager from time to
time

Competences:


  • Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience in process instrumentation (indoor / outdoor) or
similar Industry.

  • Independent and Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization skill
  • Familiar with CRM and ERPLN
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)

Qualifications:


  • A recognize Tertiary or Degree in Mechanical, Electronic/Electrical, Chemical or any Engineering field.
  • Experience working in MNC's under Matrix environment on Product management, Project Sales Teams,
Global Industry Teams and Technology & Applications within process industry
