Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly/quarterly sales and margin targets
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and specialized product knowledge
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Create and implement account plans to sustain and expand customer base, working closely with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager
  • Schedule outbound calls to customers to uncover new business opportunities
  • Engage in active inbound selling
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers
  • Establish and manage a pipeline of deals
  • Handle backorder expectations and reporting for customers
  • Maintain precise information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product details, pricing, special offers, and promotions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including daily talk time, outbound calls, renewal rates, and switch rates

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT systems for quotation, order entry, customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with relevant products preferred
  • IT industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Solid grasp of sales processes
  • Ability to strategize and prioritize effectively
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to establish relationships
  • Comfortable with working with numerical data
  • Detail-oriented
