As our Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE), your responsibility is to activate our selected Authorized Partners and help them grow.

You will be in charge of managing the daily tasks and results of Inside Sales outbound activities, including sales campaigns and providing first-level training.

You will work with Salesforce to register data, follow up on all major national events, handle the lead queue within Salesforce, and qualifying partners.

The ISAE may also serve as the Salesforce superuser, training others in the region or team.

This position is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.


What will you do- Research, evaluate, identify and follow-up on new prospects in the territory, leveraging on the Sales team for assistance- Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions, recommend camera solutions and adequate product comparisons- Pro-actively handle the CRM leads queue to qualify Authorized Partners, where every partner has to be contacted personally and checked for quality- Focus on top potential partners and elevate them to the next level while identifying and growing partners to increase share of business and ensure sales growth to achieve revenue targets- Increase wallet share with partners using Axis tools and education, growing sales within an assigned territory by identifying top potential Authorized partners- Develop business plans for selected Authorized Partner activation, for high active partner numbers with revenue goals, in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams- Ensure partners educated and aware of Axis solutions- Effective communications knowledge on Axis to partners, distributors and end-user through incoming/outbound calls and onsite & virtual training- Prepare of sales reports and documents for projects- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities.- Support on Ad-hoc projects generated by Gold/Solution partners and global accounts- Follow Axis Sales Methodology standards in all business meetings to ensure ROI- Be a bearer of Axis company culture.

Who you are- At least 5 years of relevant/demonstratable experience in outbound sales/ cold calling, preferably in safety & security technology industry- Experience working within an indirect sales model and channel partners is preferred- Technical knowledge to provide first level technical information- Experience in prospection and identification of sales opportunities- Good fluency in English (writing and speaking)- Curiosity and continuous development approach- Excellent communications skills,Type of Employment
