Global Customer Rewards Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Here at Elfie, we are looking for a Global Customer Rewards Manager to join our digital health-tech startup. In your new role, you will leverage your previous experience of implementing high-impact reward and loyalty programs to develop key partnerships with consumer brands and device companies, globally.
Your main objective is to negotiate with those brands to bring exciting rewards into the Elfie app, increasing patient reward redemption and therefore ensuring that our patients remain engaged with self-monitoring their chronic diseases - your impact will directly help to save lives.

What you’ll do:
**Strategy**
- Plan and execute a robust global rewards and mobile device program strategy that will result in increased patient engagement with Elfie
- Negotiate free or low-cost global rewards from consumer brands and device companies, aligning the reward strategy both globally and locally in alignment with patient behaviors
**Management**
- Manage a team of rewards administrators (responsible for image sourcing and back-end admin related to rewards visibility and user interfacing in the app)
- Grow the rewards team in line with your strategic vision and partnerships
E-commerce
- Scale our in-app rewards incentives platforms, such as “flash rewards”, building a great experience for customers that are redeeming rewards in the app
- Source interesting partnerships with local fulfillment partners to support with rewards shipping to the end user
Analysis
- Regularly analyse patient engagement, retention and reward redemption data, extracting key patient trends and using those trends to shape/adjust your strategy in real time. You need to be able to “connect the dots” and act accordingly.
- Work with other internal departments (Analytics, Product Team, Country Managers) to coordinate the implementation of new global rewards and device programs/strategies in a timely and efficient manner
What you’ll need:
- Demonstrable experience building regional or global rewards or customer loyalty programs, and the ability to articulate how theyincreased consumer engagement and reward redemption
- Deep existing networks and connections with executives in large consumer/device brands - ideally globally, and a plan for how you could leverage those connections from day one
- Ability to easily sift through analytics and data to find important engagement/retention trends and use the information to pivot your strategy to retain focus on the main objective
- Demonstrable stakeholder relationship management skills. You will need to be comfortable negotiating with and influencing senior business executives and high level partners
- Track record of successful brand negotiation and implementation of high impact consumer loyalty and rewards programs
