In order for us to continue providing the best experience for our ever-growing user and customer base, we are looking for a Customer Success who helps us take good care of companies and recruiters/headhunters.
- Keep employers informed at all times and provide answers to any questions regarding Aniday. Helping collaboration between employers and recruiters/headhunters to achieve placements.
- Work with employers to understand their recruiting demand.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with employers and recruiters/headhunters through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file legal documents
- Go the extra mile to engage customers during the use of Aniday platform
- Remind employers of updating interview results and consult them to help attract more referrals
- Receive and resolve inquiries from recruiters/headhunters

**Required skills and experiences**:

- Age: From 1999 or younger
- Bachelor in Humane Resources, Business Administration,or related fields
- At least 1 year of related working experience, with experience in technology startups
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Able to communicate with clients in English (speaking & writing)
- Able to keep track of the Customer Service requests.
- Great communication and documentation skills required
- Have laptop for working.
