Sales Manager, Industrial

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identify & forecast sales potential for Industrial market with main focus and be accountable for sales target. Monitor and evaluate the development / behaviour of key players (GF customers inclusive of end customers, consultants, designers, competitors ) in Vietnam and translate into marketing strategies and tangible sales.
- Leadership - Develop a long term vision and roadmap to develop Vietnam IS Sales
- Proactively maintain good network with all customers by understanding their needs and proposed targeted GF solutions to expand overall sales potential.
- Sales Process improvements - Identify sales process gaps and work across teams to improve overall work productivity. Facilitate team collaborations and support in rollout of new processes. VN_HRM._JobDescription.dot 2/3
- Coaching and Team development - Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to sales reps to improve their customer engagement ability and value selling skills. Idenitfy gaps, propose and execute good development plans for sales reps to enable them to grow in their roles.
- Maintain sales activity in CRM by updating customer data, planning of visits, generating of sales visits report and updating of projects status timely.
- Develop new sales channels and business opportunities in assigned segment.
- Work closely with operations team to address customer service issues and involve in stocks forecast.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 7-10 years experience in sales management/business development in similar industry with Min 5 years' managerial team leading experience.
- Relevant industry experience in the following focus segments: Industrial : Microelectronics UPW/WWT
- Strong sales hunting personality, driven and a self-starter.
- Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, distributor network management and business development.
- Good interpersonal and strong communicator
