**Will be discuss during the interview meeting**:
Manage and assists in leading the property’s food and beverage service operation of all restaurants, bars and room service.
Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
Ensures the food and beverage operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
Delivers products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees.

Yêu cầu công việc
Two years’ experience in a similar position or Multi-outlets operation in hotels or free-standing restaurants;
Post-secondary education at a culinary institute or a hospitality school
Vietnamese language at professional level verbal and in written is required. Excellent English language skills, additional Spanish language is an advantage.
Strong beverage and bar knowledge
Strong knowledge to develop and implement promotions, marketing strategies, menu items and presentations.
Good Leadership skills and adaptability to different cultures
Financial and Budgeting experience
A strong knowledge of health codes and food safety
