**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring area sales goals are achieved through the effective placement and motivation of sales and support professionals
- Assessing data provided by sales staff and implements regional sales strategies; identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas
- Planning and leading sales force to execute weekly / monthly sales & collection plan
- Planning and leading the demand creation activity to ensure liquidation from C1 to C2 to farmers
- Exploring new sales opportunities (new crops/new solutions/ geographies)
- Actively calling on key accounts C1, C2 and assists sales force where appropriate
- Involved in decisions for commercial assortment and reference pricing, as well as for the product planning and logistics
- Recruiting, training, coaching and motivating sales reps and other field force to achieve area sales goals.
- Đảm bảo đạt được các mục tiêu bán hàng trong khu vực thông qua việc bố trí và tạo động lực hiệu quả cho các chuyên gia bán hàng và hỗ trợ
- Đánh giá dữ liệu do nhân viên kinh doanh cung cấp và thực hiện các chiến lược bán hàng trong khu vực; xác định các cơ hội kinh doanh và xác định các khu vực có vấn đề
- Lập kế hoạch và dẫn dắt lực lượng bán hàng thực hiện kế hoạch bán hàng và thu tiền hàng tuần / hàng tháng
- Lập kế hoạch và dẫn dắt hoạt động tạo nhu cầu để đảm bảo thanh lý từ C1 đến C2 cho nông dân
- Khám phá các cơ hội bán hàng mới (cây trồng mới / giải pháp mới / vùng địa lý)
- Chủ động gọi đến các tài khoản chính C1, C2 và hỗ trợ lực lượng bán hàng khi thích hợp
- Tham gia vào các quyết định về phân loại thương mại và định giá tham chiếu, cũng như lập kế hoạch sản phẩm và hậu cần
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo, huấn luyện và thúc đẩy các đại diện bán hàng và lực lượng hiện trường khác để đạt được các mục tiêu bán hàng trong khu vực.
