**RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the reception areas; be the first point of contact of inbound telephones inquiries and office visitors;
- Ensure the meeting rooms (including boards/ markers/ water/ chairs etc.) are properly prepared, based on the meeting-room requests
- Liaise with the maintenance team of the lessor for issues related to aircon, electricity, fire alarm,as and when needed
- Ensure sufficient and cost-effective office supplies including telecommunication services, stationery, office flowers and decorative plants
- Issue appropriate security passes for visitors, new employees,upon request of Office Manager
- Implement related changes (parking, change subscription of mobile phone number from the company to individual if any, ) upon staff departure "
- Arrange local vehicle transportation for business travels in according with the Business Travel Policy
- Assist the Admin team in logistic works for corporate activities i.e. team building, company trip, year-end party, etc. upon request
- Provide administrative supports to the team and other departments when needed
- Prepare monthly bills of car rent, office telecommunication services, office supplies, international and domestic courier services, staff monthly parking allowance
- Other related activities which may be assigned from time to time by Head of HR and Admin
**Skills and qualifications required**:
- Education: College degree or higher
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in an international environment
- Good telephone etiquette and MS Office i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Having customer service skill would be an advantage
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, attention to accuracy and detail, negotiation skills, ability to remain composed under pressure, strong teamwork skills, and effective multitasking capabilities
