- Together with the Country GM, Global and Local Business Units, portray and construct short and mid-term business strategies for the Vietnam market.
- In charge of multi-national approach to identifying new opportunities, markets, partnerships, or business alliances in Vietnam, and collaborate with local sales.
- Lead local sales and business development resources.
- Assist a global sales team to increase sales from local-designated accounts and customers and convert sales opportunities into actual revenue.
- Direct collaborations or business alliances in Vietnam to develop new services, markets, and key account.
- Define business and market trends, as well as goal opportunities.
- Investigate M&A opportunities to supplement and widen the company's Consumer Products position and capabilities in local region.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, customers, and strategic partners.
- Guide the team in conducting a gap analysis on the technical capabilities required for new services in order to meet emerging trends or market demands.
- Establish and develop local capabilities and facilities in collaboration with local and regional Service Line Heads and the Country GM.
- Corporate with Service Line Heads to drive project acquisition and completion.
- Ensure that the Company's corporate governance guidelines, as well as statutory laws and regulatory requirements, are followed.

**Requirement**:

- Male/Female, Age: 43-52
- Graduated from univerity majoring in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in business administration in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry, 3-5 years of equivalent experience in testing companies (especially for consumer products customers)
- Strong experience in business development
- Fluent at English; Fluent at Vietnamese (Expats)
