**Job Overview**:
- The National Sales Director will lead Instantia’s Sales and Dealing teams, driving top-line revenue growth in the FX market through technology and product-based solutions.
- The FX Sales Director (Australia) will build, lead, and manage high-performing FX sales and dealing teams while developing and executing strategies to expand our client base, retain clients, and increase revenue. The role requires a customer-centric individual with a solid understanding of the FX market and competitive landscape, a deep interest in technology, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Build, manage, and mentor, a high-performance FX sales and Dealing team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing feedback, training, and development.
- ** Sales Strategy**: Drive top-line revenue activities by identifying new commercial opportunities to deliver sustainable revenue growth and expand Instantia’s market share. The role requires hands-on management of the sales and dealing team and coordination of marketing efforts while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Build partnerships with channel partners and customers to drive one-to-many distribution
- ** Technology Integration**:Alignment and feedback for platform GTM strategy to ensure Instantia’s technology offering, product capabilities, and marketing strategies meet customer needs. Accountable for integrating the Technology and GTM platform strategy into the sales processes for the sales and dealing teams to meet platform adoption targets.
- ** Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain client relationships, and implement client acquisition and strategies for Sales and Dealing teams.
- ** Client Retention**:Develop and maintain an effective retention strategy to identify, ringfence, and retain high to mid-value client accounts. Develop cost cost-effective touch strategy to service lower-value clients. Ensure adherence by the Dealing team
- ** Forecasting**:Forecasting revenue generation, identify and mitigate risks to on-target performance
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, economic events, and regulatory changes, providing regular insights to the team and clients.
- ** Risk Management**: Ensure team adherence to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements, mitigating potential risks to the organisation.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance policies.
- ** Leadership Engagement**:Provide regular and comprehensive feedback to the Leadership team on targets, strategy, commercial opportunities, platform adoption, competitive landscape, and client feedback.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain the Sales and Dealing team’s deep understanding of Instantia technology, FX products, and services, educating the sales team and clients about products, tech features and competitor awareness.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Implement and oversee team performance metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team.
