**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Sales Director will set up the business by developing their own strategy and designing the business plan with the different elements to achieve profitability. This will include but not limited to:

- Creating on line and off line marketing strategy to generate leads, (attracting customers)
- Putting in place a plan to convert leads, (Sales funnel management)
- Designing a customer service experience to maximize the “Sales through service” element.

They will manage the strategy by recruiting and developing a broker network and own sales team:

- They will identify the proper brokers and his own sales force
- They will develop and implement a proper induction plan for new joiner. (Brokers and own team members)
- They will monitor the online marketing plan and its implementation.

Leads team performance (can be independent):

- They will set the right example by participating in selling efforts
- They will set, monitor and drive activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve sales targets in a healthy motivating environment for both brokers and own sales team.
- They will manage communication and share best practices among network and own sales team members.

Develop team performance:

- When needed, they will develop performance of both Brokers and Own sales force.
- Hold people accountable for performance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Up to 10 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing
- Must have vision and drive to achieve results.
- Fully operational in online and offline lead generation techniques, personal selling and identifying and motivating own broker network and sales team.
- Marketing and media strategy capability
- Bachelor degree and speaks fluent English.
