The role demands
- Good understanding of sales fundamentals in FMCG
- Strong Ability to collaborate with people to get work done.

- Ability to think strategically & with the big company picture in mind.
- Has at least 18 months of FMCG sales and training experience. (Must Have)
- Has a good command of English and fluency in English communication (Must Have)
- Has worked on Route to Market/GTM projects or has worked in Route to Market/GTM roles in either the Head Office or Regional Office of an mid to large sized FMCG company (preferred)
- Has worked on Sales Strategy or Distribution Strategy (preferred)
- Has some experience in Sales Support/Trade Marketing roles (preferred)
- Has some experience in Sales Automation/Sales Tech (Good to Have)
