Job Responsibilities
_/ Phạm vi công việc_

Plan for enhancement of agency experiences via digital platforms:

- Deploy and manage the plan to digitalize agency experiences and transform business model.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business and system requirements.
- Define requirements and brainstorm ideas for digital experiences improvement or new solution.
- Conduct analysis to determine best solutions for solving agency issues/opportunities.
- Work out project plan which includes business requirements, design specifications and obtain the approvals

Implement projects according to the approved plan
- Allocate tasks to stakeholders and relevant parties in the project and ensure they are aware of the requirements and responsibilities.
- Cooperate with stakeholder in developing solutions in line with the plan.
- Solve ad-hoc problems that occur during project implementation
- Manage project plan and track key stakeholders according to the timeline
- Constantly work towards improving and reporting on the performance and user experience as measured against key metrics & qualitative goals
- Create and file comprehensive project documentation

Execute transformation plan
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Communication team, Engagement team, MKT team,...) to execute effective transformation plan.
- Evaluate and receive inquiries and feedbacks from users to have better upgrades or enhancement.

- Ensure that validated deliverables meet the business requirements and improve professionalism and the productivity of agency salesforce
- Ensure the cutting-edge technologies to be applied and create smooth online customer experience
- Ensure the effective communications throughout projects and programs implemented by teamAssists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

**Qualifications**:
_/ Bằng cấp_
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng
- At least 3 years experiences in project management in saleforce and digital. Experience in banking/insurance is a plus
- Strong understanding of salesforce’s process and systems
- Strong managerial, communications, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal and skills
- In-depth understanding of operational risks, compliance and legal issues, audit standards, system security, and operational procedures is a plus
- Detailed oriented
- Customer services and positive mind-set
- Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment
- Analytics experience required, visualization skills and/or big data is a plus
- Advanced in English
