**Position Summary**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Coordinate with Managers to identify staffing needs
- Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks;
- Communicate with employees and knowing their concerns;
- Identify the source of the issues, counseling the employees and resolving their issues;
- Assist in building company branding.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- **Experience**_
- At least 3-6 months working in the position of Talent Acquisition/ HR Executive/ HR Communications as an Executive or Intern.
- **Knowledge, abilities and skill**_
- Extensive communication, organization and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
- Ability to manage and handle multi tasks;
- Outstanding problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to operate alone as well as in a group;
- A Plus to Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing.
