Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager

**Role Overview**
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employer Branding Manager at TechX, you will play a vital role in our HR team, focusing on attracting top-tier talent and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will collaborate closely with the HR Director to drive talent acquisition efforts, enhance our employer brand, and contribute to various HR initiatives that align with TechX's growth objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract high-caliber professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute external communication strategies that showcase our employer brand and enhance talent attraction efforts.
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and talent development strategies.
- Support the planning and implementation of TechX's Talent Development Program, ensuring employees have access to growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of effective onboarding and employee retention programs.
- Support the HR Director in creating and delivering communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employee experience, employer branding, and talent development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR practices, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of employer branding principles is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about cloud services and data analytics.
