**Talent Acquisition Recruiter**

We are looking for a **Junior** **Talent Acquisition **join our awesome Vietnam and global Talent Acquisition Services team. As our Jr. Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

**What will you be doing?**
- Handled both IT and non IT roles
- Partnered with consultants to identify and understand key requirements and build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
- Managed and executed full life-cycle recruitment.
- Managed the recruitment process and applicants in the database.

Requirement:

- Min 1 years experience working on a Talent Acquisition relevant role.
- Experience in managing the end-to-end hiring process is needed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Data-centric mindset is preferred for this role.
- Preferable to **Vietnamese**
