- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding process;
- Work closely with hiring managers to revise/update/review Job Description (JD) properly and to buid JD for new-position;
- Expand recruitment channels and find solutions to fill vacancies as business demand and hiring plans;
- Create strong talent pipelines;
- Ensure hiring process compliant with internal requirements;
- Build relationship and work closely with business partners to understand what capability and experience they need for their current business and future fit;
- Manage/improve onboarding programs to help new-hires quickly assimilate company policies, workflow and organization's culture;
- Support HRM in activities of Engagement, Learning and Development, HR Improvement, Employee Surveys...;
- Manage Internship programs;
- Support HRM on Training and Development to upgrade/retrain skills of employees wherever needed;
- Support to Regional HR Projects;
- Prepare some quick & relevant reports;
- Other shared tasks within HR Team when needed.
